I’ve always believed that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about impact.

But my journey to this realization wasn’t always clear.
In fact, like many of the professionals and entrepreneurs I coach today, I had to navigate my own doubts, challenges, and career pivots to find my true calling.
My Journey to Leadership
Early in my career, I often found myself hesitant to step forward, even when I knew I had valuable insights to share.
I questioned whether I was truly qualified, whether my voice mattered, and whether I had what it took to lead.

Over time, I realized that leadership isn’t about waiting for permission—it’s about recognizing the unique value we bring to the table.
Through mentorship, experience, and self-reflection, I transformed my hesitation into confidence, and that shift changed everything.
I began stepping into leadership roles, mentoring others, and ultimately building a coaching framework to help others do the same.
In my journey to gaining confidence to lead, one scripture that guided me was Proverbs 3:5-6:
"Trust in the Lord your God with all of your heart and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways submit to Him and He will make your path straight."
This verse reminded me that my confidence doesn’t come from self-reliance but from trusting in God’s guidance.
As I leaned on His wisdom, I was empowered to step into leadership roles with boldness, confidence, and strength, knowing that He was directing my path.
